What makes our approach different?
We optimize the health of the individual with a comprehensive approach to the patients current health status and their goals for improvement. The individual approach allows us to spend more time with the patient, listen to them and do as complete of an evaluation as may be necessary. This may include a thorough evaluation of the endocrine system (hormone levels), autoimmune disease assessment, risk factors for heart disease and stroke and gut health. We utilize a variety of specialized labs throughout the country when needed.
What can I expect on my first appointment?
Review of completed online questionnaires, decisions with your healthcare provider regarding initial laboratory evaluation, body composition analysis on a Dexa Scan, physical exam and a plan to embark on your new health journey.

Do you offer payment plans?
In some cases, depending on the extent of the evaluation we may offer payment plans.
Do you bill insurance?
We do not bill health insurance, but you may be able to use a health savings account (HSA) depending on your plan.
What services do you offer?
On site lab draws, Dexa Scan, Medical evaluation, hormone optimization. We are planning on adding VO2 Max exercise testing and Resting Metabolic Rate in the near future.
